Home Study Complete and Ready for Submission to CIS
My post yesterday mentioned that our home study should be submitted to CIS within the next few weeks. I just got a call from our social worker and she has it done and approved by the Oregon Journeys office. She just wanted me to look it over and correct errors. There were just a couple of minor changes needed and now it should be sent to CIS in the next couple of days! Once we have CIS approval (anticipated 1-3 months) we will be "paperwork" ready and just waiting for a baby girl for us! Could be immediately or several weeks. Just have to wait and see. I'll be posting photos the moment I have them, of course! Then the long wait begins...

Hi Kik and Jit... This is Rose, Deb's old friend from MMCI. I have 'watched' you both grow up with Deb over the years, and am so proud of the people you have become! I am so excited for you, and can't wait to see your first pictures of Mazzi! I'll be on here like crazy..I can't wait for Deb to start with the bows and lace for Mazzi's hunting trips! hahaha! My thoughts and prayers are with you as you bring Mazzi home!!! You're on the way!!

I can hardly control myself for the next several weeks. She is coming to parents who will make a wonderful home and life for their sweet daughter. She is going to be a blessing to our family.
