Back home & hating it!

Well, as much as we love the great US of A...it stinks to be home without Mazzi! Our visit was perfect and now we just have to wait. It will probably be several weeks before we hear of any progress at all. We're still hoping for 5 months but I'm reading more and more about delays that are causing families to wait 9-12 months. This is just horrible!

The DNA testing is the next step and we hope it will happen quickly. Then we could return to Guatemala and spend as much time as we wish with her. Depending on how quickly or slowly the process is going I may go back for another longer visit.

Hope you enjoy the pictures! Thanks again for your love, support and prayers!!

Dear Kik & Jit:
Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! She is beautiful.. I am so happy for both of you. I love to read your daily updates--I can just feel your love and excitement as I read the updates. I also had many tears as I read your updates. Thank you for sharing it with all of us. I will keep you and little Mazzi in my daily prayers. There is such power in prayer. I know you have so many people praying for you and Mazzi. Kik & Jit--you are both very special people and will be wonderful parents for Mazzie--I wish all of you the very best.

Jit & Kik:
She is beautiful and just looks so sweet in your pictures! I know how anxious you must be to get her home and hold her for the first time in your own home! I can't wait to see her and tell her what a wonderful set of parents God has chosen for her. She just looks so precious and just perfect for the both of you!! I can't wait until she is here and running around the yard with Brady and Lola. You both are in our thoughts and prayers and we are praying for a quick release for Mazzi to finally come home to Mapleton. Keep us posted on the blog, it is so uplifting to hear from you regularly. Love ya, Mark & Jo Dee

Kik and Jit - First of all...I think a big, fat CONGRATULATIONS is in order! She is so precious!

I guess it is true...good things come to those who wait:)

I know how difficult it must have been to come back home after getting to meet Mazzi for the first time...I commend both of you for your strength and patience!

My thoughts and prayers are with you!
